On Valentine’s Day, Baltaire will offer an exclusive four-course prix fixe menu for $225 per guest, plus a 20% service charge, highlighting the restaurant’s most sought-after dishes alongside seasonal chef-driven creations.
Guests will begin the evening with family-style first courses, featuring luxurious offerings such as Bluefin Toro Crispy Rice, Wagyu Beef Tataki, Charred Spanish Octopus, Lollipop Lamb Chops, or Baltaire Label Caviar.
Second-course selections include refined favorites like Maine Lobster Bisque, Citrus Salad with roasted beets and goat cheese, a classic Wedge Salad, or Ballerine Pasta with roasted butternut squash and sage-walnut pesto.
For the main course, guests may choose from Baltaire’s signature entrées, including Filet Mignon, New York Strip, Bone-In Ribeye, Ora King Salmon, or Swordfish, with optional enhancements such as a 10-ounce Lobster Tail or a Wagyu tasting featuring Japanese A5 selections.
