Ring in New Year’s Eve 2026 in Los Angeles with an unforgettable celebration at Baltaire Steakhouse in Brentwood. Join us for an extraordinary evening featuring a luxurious four-course prix fixe New Year’s Eve dinner, designed to showcase Baltaire’s signature approach to modern steakhouse cuisine.
The menu highlights indulgent favorites such as Lobster Thermidor, Filet Mignon, Truffle Risotto, and a curated selection of seasonal starters and desserts. Throughout the night, guests can enjoy our roaming Caviar & Champagne Cart, featuring Baltaire Label Caviar paired with iconic champagne cuvées.
A live DJ will set the tone from 7:00 PM to 12:30 AM, building energy as we count down to midnight. Enhance your New Year’s Eve dining experience with a curated wine pairing or festive cocktails including the Old Acquaintance, Espresso Martini, and Midnight Toast.
New Year’s Eve reservations at Baltaire are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Choose from first seating (5:00–7:15 PM) or second seating (8:00–10:30 PM) for guests who wish to celebrate through midnight. A credit card is required to secure all reservations.

LOUNGE RESERVATIONS
In addition to our dining experience, Baltaire is offering exclusive lounge packages for New Year’s Eve. Guests may enjoy first lounge seating from 5:00–8:30 PM with a $500 minimum spend, including a bottle of champagne and mezze. For those joining us from 9:00 PM through the countdown, a $1,000 minimum spend applies and includes a bottle of champagne and mezze.
Lounge reservations accommodate up to eight guests per group. A non-refundable $250 deposit per group is required to secure your reservation, charged at the time of booking and applied to your final bill.
