Celebrate Easter Sunday at Baltaire with our annual brunch buffet on April 20 from 10 AM to 3 PM. Gather with family and friends in our spacious dining room or enjoy the spring atmosphere on our expansive outdoor terrace while indulging in one of Los Angeles’ premier Easter brunch experiences.
Executive Chef Samuel Jung presents the elevated holiday buffet Baltaire is known for, featuring a carving station with Filet Mignon and Honey Baked Ham; a Raw Seafood & Sushi Bar showcasing fresh oysters, Peruvian scallops, snow crab claws, and assorted sushi selections; and an array of breakfast favorites including French Toast, Eggs Benedict, Shakshuka, Chilaquiles, and more. Guests will also enjoy seasonal greens, classic sides, freshly baked pastries, decadent cakes and desserts, and our signature Gelato Cart.
