Mother's Day Brunch Buffet

Baltaire will host its annual Mother's Day Brunch Buffet on May 12th from 10 AM to 2:30 PM, the perfect opportunity to give mom the memorable experience that she deserves. Enjoy a bouffage in the spacious, airy dining room or on the beautiful, expansive outdoor terrace. Executive Chef Samuel Jung will be pulling out all the extravagant stops that Baltaire is known for, with a carving station featuring USDA Prime Rib, Glazed Spiral Ham, and Scottish Salmon; iced shellfish station with fresh oysters, shrimp, snow crab claws and Peruvian scallops; a stunning display of freshly made sushi selections; a variety of breakfast dishes including French Toast, Eggs Benedict, Shakshuka, Chilaquiles & more; a variety of greens and side dishes; and freshly baked assorted pastries and desserts. The price is $150 per adult, and $50 per child under 12. We will also be accepting reservations starting at 5:30 PM for our a la carte dinner service.
