A Grand Thanksgiving Buffet

From 12:00 to 6:30 PM on Thursday, November 27, guests are invited to indulge in an abundant Thanksgiving buffet featuring chef-driven selections and seasonal favorites. The menu includes a fresh raw bar and seafood station with snow crab legs, Peruvian scallops, lobster cocktail, shrimp cocktail, and market oysters presented on a sculpted ice display. The carving board will showcase roast turkey breast, turkey leg confit, honey-baked ham, roasted salmon, and beef tenderloin, served with Baltaire steak sauce, bearnaise, chimichurri, and creamy horseradish.

Traditional sides include sage and sausage stuffing, whipped potatoes, mac ’n’ cheese, roasted fall vegetables, haricot vert almondine, roasted sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts with bacon, and broccolini. Freshly baked breads such as sourdough, baguette, Parker House rolls, zucchini bread, and cornbread accompany the meal. A charcuterie and cheese selection features salami, prosciutto, spicy coppa, brie, cheddar, and Midnight Moon. Guests will also enjoy roasted butternut squash soup, lobster bisque, Caesar salad, and autumn salad with persimmon, candied hazelnuts, and blue cheese. The experience concludes with a lavish dessert station of assorted pastries, cakes, and seasonal confections.
